  • Open The File in Edit Mode and Add the code – define( ‘WP_AUTO_UPDATE_CORE’, false ).
  • If you want to enable the minor and major both the automatic updates then add the below code define( ‘WP_AUTO_UPDATE_CORE’, true ).
  • If you want to restore to default value i.e to enable the WordPress installation only for the minor updates then use the below code line define( ‘WP_AUTO_UPDATE_CORE’, ‘minor’ ).
